Shipping Policy - ZT Smart Shipments

Our mission at ZT Smart Shipments is to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and reliably across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery through our logistics partners. Standard and express shipping options are available.

2. Delivery Time

Local (same city): 1–2 working days
Domestic (other cities): 2–4 working days
Remote Areas: 4–6 working days

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery: Rs. 150 – Rs. 230 (based on weight & city)
Free shipping: On orders above Rs. 5,000

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is booked, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on our Dashboard or via our courier partner’s website.

6. Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is undelivered due to wrong address or unavailability, we will contact you for re-attempt. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned.
